Its location close to so many attractions was super. The room we had included an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron with ironing board.

The breakfast had lots of tea and toast. The location was excellent and perfect - really close to the water park and the Pleasure Beach as well as the shops. Plus, Ripley's Believe it or Not Blackpool was within easy walking distance of the

The rooms were ideal and of a good size. They were also equipped with smoke detectors for our safety. The facilities like an iron/ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a multi-channel TV were available. Everything was clean and lovely. 

Really welcoming family atmosphere in this hotel. Clean and tidy nice and warm. No problem parking in the area. Close to amenities easy walking distance to beach and you can be lazy and jump on the tram to the Tower at the other end of the Parade.

Very helpful and friendly place to stay. Breakfast was fab nothing to much problem. Would certainly stay again.

Hotel’s position so close to sandcastle water park and easy connection to Grosvenor Casino Blackpool. Room was good sized

I'll definitely come back here! The place has a great location, just 5 km from the airport and easy to reach. The breakfast options are awesome - they offer a variety of yogurt, toast, cereal, and more.

I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was amazing with cereal or yogurt. The hotel was in an excellent location near to the South Pier...

The location turned out to be perfect, just off tower, Blackpool and the water park and the Pleasure Beach.

A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent location really close to South Pier, the beach, and the South Shore. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Rendezvous nearby.
